      2.2 Start/Stop a Charging Session

      Guide to Starting, Stopping, and Managing Charging Sessions in VEV-IQ

      Start a charging session

      1. Go to 'Charging Stations'

      2. Click the 'down arrow' to display the connector details

      3. Click the 'play button' to start the session

      4. To optimise charging, select the User (or Vehicle-User) linked to the vehicle.

      NB: Users are assigned a virtual RFID card and vehicles as well

      Monitor the charging session

      You can monitor any ongoing charging session to see key details. Find out more here.

      Stop a charging session

      1. Go to 'Charging Stations' or 'Sessions'

      2. Click the 'down arrow' to display the menu

      3. Click the 'stop button' to end the session
