Find out what to do when you have an issue with the charger or charging session
If you encounter any problems with your charger during your session, there are several options available for reporting the issue.
- App: To report an issue with your charger, simply open the App, locate the charger, and tap on the Red Exclamation mark icon. This will allow you to directly report the issue to your Fleet Manager or Site Manager.
