Pay for Charging
Find out how to add a payment card to pay for charging directly as a customer
When do you need to pay
You may be asked to pay for your charging session or if you overstay, depending on where you are charging
- In many cases, employee or company vehicles are covered
- Contractors, external guests or public users may incur a small fee for their charging sessions.
- Users may also be charged for overstaying if they remain parked for more than 30 minutes after their charging session is completed. Additional charges will apply for every additional 30 minutes. To avoid these charges, you will receive notifications via email and the App when your vehicle is fully charged.
Set Up Payment
When you set up your account in the app, you will be prompted to add your payment details. If you are someone who needs to pay for charging or overstay, you will be unable to start a charging session without this set up
- To add a payment card to your account, login to the app on your personal device and select 'Payment Methods' from the menu on the left of the screen
- Select 'Add' icon in the bottom of the screen and add your chosen card details to the app. The app accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex
- Once added this payment method will be the default account associated with the account. All charging will be charged to this account, whether activated via the App itself or the associated RFID card.
Check your payment
- Once session is complete you can check your session history, including how much power was delivered and how much you were charge, via both the Web App and the Phone App
- Select 'Session history' from the menu
- Select the charging session you want to find out about
- If you need to see or download an invoice for your charging activity, for example for for re-imbursement purposes, you can do this from the mobile or web app.
- Select 'Invoices' from the menu
