How to Manage User Notifications

For Admins: Manage User Notifications

  1. Click 'Users' in the left menu
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the user you want to edit
  3. Go to the 'Notifications' tab
  4. Adjust the notifications the user can receive
  5. Click 'Save'

For Users: Manage Your Own Notifications

  1. Click your user icon in the top left of the web portal
  2. Select 'Profile', then go to the 'Notifications' tab
  3. Check or uncheck the notifications you want to receive
  4. Click 'Save'
