7.2 Connect Stripe to VEV-IQ

Guide to Connecting Stripe to Your VEV-IQ Account

Once your Stripe account is created, you can integrate this with VEV-IQ to take payments from customers and automatically invoice them.
 
1. 'Collect API Keys in Stripe'
  • Log in to Stripe
  • Go to 'API Keys' to get your secret and public API keys
2. Retrieve Your Stripe URL
  • Click on 'Profile' in Stripe
  • Select the 'three small dots' at the bottom of the page
  • Copy your Stripe URL from the corresponding account
3. Set Up in VEV-IQ
  • In VEV-IQ, go to 'Integration Settings'
  • Select the 'Pricing' tab
  • Ensure your currency is set to Euros in both VEV-IQ and Stripe
4. Contact Your VEV-IQ Representative
Provide the following:
  • Stripe account URL
  • Configured tax rates and exchange rates
  • Private and public API keys
Before Contacting Your VEV-IQ Representative
  • Confirm your Stripe account is created and activated.
  • Configure tax rates, exchange rates, and invoice numbering.
